We know that it can feel isolating and hard at times, we want to provide a space in communities for open communication where you can speak freely without judgement.
Ongoing skills
If you're looking for support with how to maintain emotional regulation, we look to teach transferrable skills and provide activities.
Connecting to services
We'll help connect people to relevant services, programs, and funding opportunities in their local area that can provide additional support.
If you are outside of our area we will help you find other organisations that can assist.
Schools & Education
Advocacy and support to empower to ask for what you need. We use years of
experience to educate, advise and advocate.
You don't need an 'official' diagnosis
Waiting lists for diagnosis can take years which means people often spend time with little to no support. InSync want to make support services inclusive and accessible to people regardless of diagnosis status.
